TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for Personal Assistant on a temporary basis for our client based in Dundalk. The position will be working directly for the General Manager and requires an organised, dynamic individual.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing calls.
Oversight of email correspondence.
Extensive diary management.
Liaising with on site managers, gathering information and completing reports.
Copy typing of reports, presentations and general correspondence.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as a PA is essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent computer skills with high level of competency in all Microsoft Office packages, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fast accurate typing skills (min 60 w.p.m.)
Excellent organisation skills.
Flexible approach to work with a can-do attitude.
This is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 2 weeks commencing on the Monday 31st May. Interviews are being held on Friday28th May.
